PKMNation - Summer Icon Contest

Soooo... I tried my hand at animation an icon for the summer icon contest for the group. It didn't turn out as I first thought as the area to work on was too small to make it look good and I was planning to use a Pikachu in an inflatable bathing ring, but it turned into a diving Dratini instead. Quite happy with my work for being the first time I've done something like this. c:
It wasn't until I have gotten quite far I noticed that it was a bit similar to the current icon, with a Pokemon diving down, which wasn't my intention. >w<;
